The APF Command and Staff College hosted a prestigious ceremony on April 20, 2025, marking the graduation of the 9^th APF Command and Staff Course and the opening of the 10^th APF Command and Staff Course.

The ceremony was graced by Inspector General of Armed Police Force, Nepal, Mr. Raju Aryal, as the Chief Guest, and Prof. Dr. Dubinand Dhakal, Acting Rector, TU and Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Tribhuvan University, as the Special Guest. Also in attendance were professors, academicians, senior government officials, and former dignitaries.

A highlight of the event was the unveiling of Volume 8 of the APF Command and Staff College Journal, which showcases scholarly research and professional insights. On the occasion, appreciation letters were presented to the editorial team and contributing authors, acknowledging their significant academic contributions.

Prof. Dr. Kushum Shakya and Asst. Prof. Rukmanee Maharjan were honoured for their outstanding academic contributions to the college.

The event also featured the distribution of certificates to the graduating officers of the 9^th Command and Staff Course. Further celebrating excellence, awards were presented to the best student officers in various segments of the course, recognizing their dedication and performance.

The Chief Guest commended the graduating officers for their commitment and urged them to apply their knowledge and skills in service to the nation. The Special Guest emphasized the importance of academic rigor and continuous learning in shaping capable and responsible security leadership.

On March 9, 2025, the APF Command and Staff College hosted a one-day conference on ‘The Evolving Role of the UN in Peacekeeping in Modern Conflicts.’ The event featured a distinguished panel of experts, namely, Former Foreign Secretary Mr. Madhu Raman Acharya, Former Foreign Secretary Mr. Durga Prasad Bhattarai, Lt Gen Paban Jung Thapa (Retd.), SSP Amod Gurung (Retd.), Advocate Apurb Khatiwada. The panelists shared their insights on the shifting dynamics of peacekeeping operations in contemporary conflicts and Nepal’s Role in UN Peacekeeping. Student officers from the 9^th APF Command and Staff Course presented conference papers, while commentators provided critical analysis and feedback on the Papers and presentations. The panelists, alongside the distinguished participants, engaged in rich discussions, exploring the challenges and opportunities faced by the United Nations in maintaining global peace and security in today’s complex conflict scenarios.

APF Command and Staff College Celebrated its 10th annual day with a variety of cultural performances on 4th March 2025.

The Chief Guest IG Raju Aryal graced the occasion and addressed the gathering of distinguished guests, Faculties and Students, highlighting the importance of college in shaping mid-level officers’ competency and organizational performance on the occasion. He also handed over prizes to Best Players in Sports organized by the college on the occasion of it’s 10th anniversary, along with appreciation letters to editorial board members of volume 7 of journal of APF Command and Staff College, directing staff and other staffs for their contribution.

७ वैशाख, काठमाडौं । त्रिभुवन विश्वविद्यालयका आंगिक र सम्बन्धन प्राप्त क्याम्पसले पठनपाठनको विधि आफैं रोज्न पाउने भएका छन् ।

सरकारले कोरोना भाइरस अति प्रभावित जिल्लाहरुको शिक्षण संस्था बन्द गर्ने निर्णय गरेपछि त्रिविले भने अनलाइनमार्फत वा भौतिक रुपमा कक्षा सञ्चालन गर्ने निर्णय सम्बन्धित क्याम्पसलाई नै गर्न दिएको हो ।

क्याम्पसले संक्रमितको अवस्था हेरी वैकल्पिक माध्यमबाट वा भौतिक उपस्थितिमा प्रत्यक्ष कक्षामा पठनपाठन गराउने भन्ने विषय रोजेर त्यहि अनुसार पठनपाठन गराउन पाउने छन् ।

पठनपाठन भर्चुअल गर्ने कि भौतिक रूपमा भन्ने निर्णय गर्ने अधिकार सम्बन्धित क्याम्पसलाई नै जिम्मा दिइएको शिक्षाध्यक्ष शिवलाल भुसालले जानकारी दिए । त्यही अनुसार नेपाल ल क्याम्पसले सोमबारदेखि एलएलएमका विद्यार्थीलाई अनलाइन कक्षा सञ्चालन गरेको छ ।

परीक्षा नरोकिने

त्रिवि परीक्षा नियन्त्रण कार्यालयले स्वास्थ्य सुरक्षाको मापदण्ड अपनाएर परीक्षा सचालन गरिने बताएको छ ।

हाल स्नातक तह दोस्रो वर्षको परीक्षा पनि स्वास्थ्य सुरक्षा मापदण्ड पालना गरी सञ्चालन गरिएको छ । बिहान र दिउँसो गरी दुई सिफ्टमा, मास्क, सेनिटाइजर, हात धुने साबुनको व्यवस्था, भौतिक दूरी लगायत सबै स्वास्थ्य सुरक्षाको मापदण्ड कडाइका साथ लागु गर्दै सबै परीक्षा सञ्चालन गर्न परीक्षा केन्द्रका केन्द्राध्यक्षलाई सूचित गरिसकेको परीक्षा नियन्त्रक पुष्पराज जोशीले बताए ।

स्नातक तहको परीक्षा व्यवस्थापन संकायको १२ गते, शिक्षा संकायको १४ गते, मानविकी संकायको १७ गते र विज्ञान संकायको १९ गते सकिनेछ ।
