APF Command and Staff College conducted EX-'RELIEF' -a two days Disaster Management Exercise -for 3rd APF Command and Staff Course in cooperation with National Emergency Operation Center (NEOC), Ministry of Home Affairs, United Nations Resident Coordinator Office, Nepal, Nepal Red Cross Society, World Food Program and other concerned agencies from 24-25 October 2018.
